does anyone know a good easy quick bit of software that will allow me to cut video, change soundtrack, change format etc
got a few vids id like to post now but noone wants a video of 20mins following a subura or my bad parking so need to chop them down

If it doesn't work - try using this to convert .mov to .avi, then you can use Movie Maker:

Ah, it also appears there is Movie Maker for Windows XP, which doesn't support mov, and then there is WindowsLive Movie Maker which does support mov, but only works on Vista or 7

ah looked again, ive got the old 6.0 which doesnt, so im trying to get Windows Live Movie Maker,

i used to use a few programs when i compiled my videos for my old car club events , i used magix ,windows movie player and ulead programs .

failing that if you need to convert files , allok videojoiner is great
Looking for a Gen5 Lude very soon....
