Well, took the car for its MOT today. I knew the car was pretty sound anyway but was chuffed to know it passed without a single advisory, not bad for a 15 year old car
Anyway whilst I was there the examiner was saying I should remove my cat as its LPG converted and therefore doesn't require it for test.
So its got me thinking, will it make much difference if I de-cat it? or is it not that restrictive anyway? I still have the original sir system fitted.
Now I have a wait for the UPS person to deliver my new alloys, managed to find some rare 16" CL1 Euro R wheels, I'm pretty sure they are a direct fit so looking forward to getting them fitted.
Thanks

Great news bud
I'd be tempted to get a decat, it may free a few horses, but may also throw an error code so you will have a light on your cluster.
Looking forward to seeing how the euro r rims look on the lude buddy

I don't have any error codes form mine

It's only 1 lambda sensor and it's pre-cat so all is good
My MOT isn't so good on the other hand
P.S. congrats on the MOT result

Well they've arrived! They are all in near perfect condition

, just need a clean.
I'm not sure if the tyres are the correct size for the prelude? they'll offer good rim protection though.
It'll just be nice to have an OEM size wheel fitted, and I think the bronze finish will go well with the silver.
