done this a few times, via parcel2go i think - not the best service in the world tbf but they are not an in-between you and the actual courier.
make sure you photograph while boxing/wrapping and before its sent as you'll likely be claiming for something unless its in a solid smaller box

There are some custom documents you have to sign and fill up and stick it on the parcel as well. These documents are produced when you buy the shipping from Parcel2go.
