Looking at Yokohama tyres - would you recommend, and if so what type? It's for my beloved 1999 5th Gen Auto 2.2VTi.

think they are a decent brand - you might want to see what michelin pilot sports or uniroyal and bridgestone can offer :)
sure i saw your lude a few months ago in edinburgh but was a woman driving it

Thanks mate 👍 yes my friend occasionally drives it much to my eternal angst 😳 having said that, she's an excellent driver and it was me that reversed into a concrete pillar a few years ago!

There must be a few members who can advise on the Yokohama’s.
I’ve never used them myself.
However I’ve had Michelin Pilot Sport 4 for the last five years, and very happy with them. Grippy and sure footed for freaking insane driving.
Dunlop’s before, but these Michelin’s are a step above.
As with a lot of things it’s each to their own and usually price.
It’s time for those with Yoko’s to speak up and provide some feedback.

I've ran Yokohama in the past. Now I run Uniroyal Rainsport 5's. Only thing with the rainsports is soft compound so they wear quickly
