It's a design that isn't used for H22 manifolds, there is usually somekind of join in the primaries for the H22. I would assume that the join is intentionally there so you can install the thing. It could be custom but to me it doesnt look H22.

why do you think that? It looks like those H22a headers that you put in the Civic. I think it will fit with a bit of mod and with that price it went it was a f**king bargain.

HONDA CIVIC CRX DEL SOL D15 D16 EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKET
The gaskets look the same to me.
