PlayStation 3 help

Post by nitin_s1 » Mon Nov 26, 2012 1:48 pm

I have the old PS3 (60gb version with PS2 games capability).

About 6 months ago while playing COD, the disc stopped working so I restarted it and now I can't play any discs or nothing. :( Everything else works fine like the music, PlayStation Network etc but just the discs don't show up after I've loaded them in the console.

I tried to master reset it, I even did that trick where it tell you to hold the standby button until you here 2 beeps and then restored lost files etc but still nothing.

What else can I do? :|

Yes that was the first thing I did. :(

I can view internet and netflix etc etc but games don't show up. I think BluRay drive is buggered. :x

Worse graphics, no blu ray, a controller that feels in-accurate, and having to pay to play online...no thanks.

I had 2 Xbox 360's and they both got the rrod, had the ps3 for years with no problems.

8-)
