I'm insured with Chaucer Insurance through Sky. I would like to warn people that Chaucer are absolutely crap and when my renewal is due, I will be looking elsewhere. When it's been finalised, I'll post a review of my experience with Chaucer for everyone to read.
My question is to people here, should I email the guilty driver? It will be something short and sweet, nothing overtly insulting. Something like:
If I do send it, it will be on Christmas Eve and after I've received proper confirmation of the settlement. So, should I send it or just leave it?Dear Mr ???????
