I’ve decided to come of socials as I’m finding very little interesting or useful things happen on there and when it comes to car enthusiasm it’s pretty toxic… so I’m coming back to my roots of what made me a proper enthusiast… this forum..
Long live Ludegeneration!

I’m also going to look at a rather special (in Australia) car this Sunday with full intention in taking it away…

My first 5th gen… can’t wait

Wow - wish I could find an SiR in this country for that price! Well done and good luck with the purchase. 😉

...also, yeah - I share your sentiment with regard to the socials. I tend to just observe what happens on the various FB groups, maybe ask a question on occasion, but I far prefer the mood of interaction on this forum.

Cheers man, I’m hoping it’s not too good to be true at this point..

Ahh it might just be the Facebook pages I follow these days (mostly Australian) there’s just abit too much “Bro culture” over here, maybe I’m getting old :eh:

If you’re looking to buy a Japanese import, carvx.jp is a great website.
Used to be free apparently, but for a fee now you can see the history of the vehicle.
The day the car was first registered, any recalls back to Honda, previous accidents/ repairs when in Japan, odometer issues, when it was de- registered, ready for export.
I paid around £23.00 for an Elysion report that I purchased, and in my opinion well worthwhile.
I put in your chassis code, and good news, the car exists. For more info though, time to pay out.
Apparently Aus $38.19 today.

hah maybe having both at some point would be my ideal however it would have to be a very tidy example of a 4g or a bb4/bb1..
