Got my first mortgage accepted this week for my first house :D

Just waiting on solicitors and surveys now, hopefully nothing strange comes out :scaredtoss:

Congrats mate. Best of luck with it that's a bargain. I'm looking to move from my 1st this year my 2 bed cost me 155 in Portishead liking at a house same size as yours for 182 just outside of Bristol

Mines a 3 bed semi detached too and cost £160,000. Houses in Wales are cheap!

Houses in Cardiff are similar prices to yours. But this place is a 10 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the train station which is 30 minutes to Cardiff city centre.

The shed is going to be my workshop until I can turn it into a garage.

Wouldn't want to sell it TBH, the roof has collapsed in so needs a bit of work to get sorted
