Finally, a year and a half after the first attempt and third time lucky, my planning application has been granted! :D

It's been drawn out, tedious and very frustrating at times, but finally, I'm allowed to build a full width 8.2 x 3.8m rear extension and the reason I bought the property in the first place and the thing I imagine you guys will care about the most...

An 11.5 x 7.6 x 3m high triple garage and workshop!

SHHHHHHH! If the cow at the bottom of the garden gets one whiff of that she'll be right on to the council I'm sure

Besides, I wouldn't really what to be affiliated with I-Tuned rep and I'm sure a lot of people would think it was a little bit too much of a coincidence that we're both called Nathan

That was the plan, but I've had to lower the roof a tad to get it passed, so I might not be able to get too much lift now. Haven't done the new sums yet, but worst come to worse I'll have the combination of a lift and a pit.
