It's basically a microphone man, unless the sound feed is making it's way to the ECU you'll get a CEL

Well, gone are the days of Ammo trying to find a replacement cos they are more readily available now. They are on eBay all the time. Saw a new one for around £20 the other day - bet that annoys you now Ammo?!?
