Ammo, it won't let me add you as an enemy. It's says I can't add moderators or admins as foes.

Yeah you can only add non admin or mods so try someone else

Nothing seems to be changed.

Just says that I've added him as foe nothing else. I can still see his posts etc. I'm gona remove any foes.

No idea, never used it.

The phpbb site suggests it should hide your foes posts...
