Good price, these can go from £1.5k to £4k+ for a really clean or modified one.

All depends on what it is like and what has been done, usually stuff, tensioners, bushes, brake lines, clutch, 5th gear synchro...

When I get a chance, I will see if the owner is on the ATR forum.

Lol, they are becoming a bit like Ludes, getting harder to find a good one.

If he is serious about getting one, get him to join up on AccordR.org and have a look in the sale ads, decent ones will have a history trail on the forum too.

Older performance cars get abused and not maintained. Almost disposable for some unfortunately
