Great taste
But with great taste comes great responsibilty... You need to keep an eye on them to make sure they don't corrode.
Also, these were the nuts I fitted to my Aerodeck the day before Japfest last year, after fitting freshly powder-coated rims. You witnessed me doing my first precautionary safety tightening check in the Japfest meeting place car park and I heard you mutter to your son (?) something along the lines of "That's what you have to do when you buy crap nuts just because they look good, keep tightening them

"
... But don't worry, besides the corroding, they're good nuts

I don't ever remember saying that
what i do remember is having a chat near you about the blue lightweight alloy nuts that i was buying from from a member on here at the show, and was told they wont stay done up

they were right and the alloy ones came off after 2 days
that is why my son told her steel nuts only
we were not refering to you in anyway and if any offence was caused then i apoligize m8

i think we were using you more as a refrence that non oem nuts don't seem to stay tight

Ahh I see, no worries

Obviously with the context it sounded like you were talking about me doing mine up, but I didn't take offence, I just laughed inside
