I'm thing about putting my red interior on U.S ebay, as I think they will pay more.
Has anyone packed a pallet before, how should I go about it so it doesn't arrived damaged?

Are you meaning seats and doorcards and all?

I would wrap everything individually and then attach it to the pallet. tie the seat rails down and doorcards to the seats or pallet, then get some strong cardboard and make a big box around the pallet and use packing straps to secure the box to the pallet. Oh and take out insurance for the full cost of the interior incase the worst happens.

Good move, USA people will pay a lot more for the red interior.

What JDM-BB4 said then
Basically you want everything to be braced so it can't rattle around and eventually break free. Imagine it might get knocked on it's even. You can never use too much parcel tape, so bubble wrap everything really well, and once it's all together, bind it all in the stuff. Then the skin around all of that needs to be braced internally, so that if it does get knocked/bumped about it doesn't just get torn/dented, but does give some so as not to really impact everything inside.

Send everything but the dash, then send the dash to me
To be serious though, if you're sending the seats it may be worth separating the arse bit from the back bit. Might be easier to package that way.

Shame there isn't a company that package it onto a pallet for you and then send it.
