As most of you know I am falling to bits. I have spinal stenosis which makes it very difficult to walk. I have lost all fealing in my hands for most of the day now as it has travelled to my neck. so using a keyboard is absolute agony a lot of the time. I don't know what or anything the NHS propose to do about it I will wait and see. Driving can be a right pain(literally) but if I have an attack if I drive with my hand at the twenty to four position I can drive safely.
So the upshot of this is I will still be reading the forum but not annoying you with replies as much as I did. SO BEHAVE!

Old age is not for sisies(I will beat this thing somehow)

Still the morphine is free at my age!
I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

Best of luck Paul, never met you and when I do post it's usually to give you a bit of grief, but my regards all the same :)

As said, make the most of the pain relief and hassle the NHS til they do something for you.

yep good idea Nitin! Glad you are still watching over us Paul, can you get one of those voice programmes for the computer, my mam has or had one, she has systemic rheumatoid arthritis of a very severe kind, she likes to write book by using them programmes.

Then you can talk till the cows come home. mooooo
