WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?

I was out this evening testing out the new brakes on my lude, and in the sky was this...
i have not doctored or rotated the image. this is as i saw it in the sky but a lot sharper.
but....
here is an upside down rainbow.. no rain or moisture visible.

actualy just googled upside down rainbow, and found it to be a Circumzenithal arc.
