Lude Generation

Unfortunately it looks like im going to have to sell the type s
Devastated is not the word as you probably know ive only had it about 6 weeks or so.
the problem being is im doing way more miles than i anticipated and its killing me in fuel (1300 miles an month just commuting)
so im gunna have to bite the bullet and get a diesel.

Ill be writing up a proper for sale thread with pics and all the good bits in the next couple of weeks but if anyone is interested and cant wait just pm me and ill give you some info

I faced the same problem with my 4th gen mate - keep your lude and just buy a cheapo turbo diesel I saved so much in fuel costs that my Xsara was paying for itself in fuel bill savings after about 7 months or so I was doing similar mileage, 70-80 miles a day 5 days a week.

The plan had been to turbo it next year. I hsve 0 cash atm and if I got another car I cant afford both and have no where to store the lude. Lpg conversion costs and im skint.lol
