Thinking of selling my lude....
as i never drive in vtec now... just realised i drive everywhere and change before hitting vtec... so max 5k (dw i don't always rev to 5k before changing) The thing is i don't need to hit vtec, I've had a few plays with other cars and find it fun not using vtec but change up quickly and still keep with them.. dw i cant do this with all cars... lol does everyone else do this? or just me?
it's fun tho when you do finally fit the "VTEC!!" and leave them for dead!!

I still do, but not as often. I seem to go through oil quite quickly when in VTEC

I very rarely hit VTEC. It's nice that it's there when I need it though.

Live life in the Vtec lane. Although with the amount i fuel i use, i am rather pissed that the local Shell has become some budget fuel place and the nearest Shell is the other side of Swindon

VTEC is so over-hyped IMO.

if i didnt know better pushki i would think you were being sarcastic
i have not felt vtec in 17 months. when im in a lude ill generally take it to 7k+ in whatever gear i happen to be in if its a clear road ahead. anything else seems a little insulting to Mr Honda's creation
damn the fuel and damn the oil.

This. Certain sections of certain routes I regularly use end up being done in VTEC, every time. Makes me feel like I'm on a tarmac track on Colin McRae on PS1.
