bit of insurance advice please?

ok so some whore has just smashed her door into my focus's door as my mrs was parked up inside the car outside a shop

steph said the skank in question came out of the shop and literally just flung her door open straight into my focus

pretty decent dent on the drivers door and all i have to go by is a registration number and an independent witness who came over to see if steph was ok as there was abit of an argument after it happened.

where do i stand? so friggin annoying i know the lude is my baby but i paid alot of money for this focus as our family car and sort of wanted to keep it nice and clean

bugs me so much how people just dont give a drokk about other peoples hard earned property

Maybe report it to the plod and then the insurance company, At least then you will have a police report

Call the police. Even if they're not interested, they'll have to log the call. Then call the insurance, telling them you've reported it.
Do you know what make of vehicle was involved? You can find out who the registered keeper is via DVLA:

came home after taking the missis and kids abroad to southsea

yesterday to find 4!!! new marks in the side of my lude were people have thrown the doors into her

due to the fact we only have 4 spaces for 50 flats the cars change every all the time so its just a new idiot every 5 mins

Cheers guys. Checked the damage today and doesn't seem as bad as I first thought, still a kick in the nutts though! Ill be taking the advice and persueing said crack whore
