funnily enough not a bad one! you ever have it when you just have a day where you really really enjoy your lude?

today was one of them for me 8-)

started at 5.30am on the drive to work, my first saturday at my own shop and im nervous about what to expect trade wise, out of nowhere a s3 is RIGHT up my arse and i mean i couldnt even see his headlights so obviously he wanted to play  the route to work includes a few very very twisty roads and all the way through them he was wayyyy behind! eventually came to a crossroads and he pulled up next to me and unwound his window, his face was like :? as he asked me what power my car had, told him 220 to be conservative and his response was "err well my s3 came straight from the showroom in january this year and mapped before i even got it home" which did make me chuckle to myself!

then i get to work and park in the carpark over the road from work right where i can see my car all day. at about 9am i looked over at it and saw a group of about 15 youngish guys/girls sort of huddled by it and im thinking oh ffs here we go then, smashed window or key marks! so me and my butcher hurry over to them and ask wtf is going on to which they tell me they just wanted some pictures of the car, they'v seen it driving around and wanted to know what it was

anyway spent about 15 minutes of showing off the car to them and letting them sit in it and that then got back to work, had an excellent first saturday trade and got out at about 6, absolutely gagging to get back in and drive my car! not felt like that for a long time! stopped off to get some fuel in the usual shell garage and an absolutely filthy looking bird on the till commented on how nice my car was then on the way home some geezers on a bus next to me got my attention and were pointing at my car, giving me a thumbs up

just one of those days today when i really enjoyed my car and all the money and effort thats gone into it felt TOTALLY worth it 8-)

 As long as you keep up track of everything you'll be fine. I always did my own books and never had a problem. You know how to talk, identify meat :hurr: and you can use a knife, so you've got most of the job down pat already

Sounds like a good day bud. You must be well happy with the car now then. The first month is nerve racking getting your first bill day then after that it eases.
