If the bolt is seized inside the bush "crush tube" no amount of heat will release them. You have to cut the bolt either side of the bush and then press the bush out of the arm complete with bolt remains
On that subject, you don't need to keep the bush shell in the lca whether you are replacing with poly or oem bush

It's only the main trailing arm and front upper wishbones that need the oem shells left behind if poly bushing a 5th gen
