Lowering springs wanted

Hi just wondering if any one has a cheap set of lowering springs for gen 4 before i buy some off ebay plus also want a transparent dizzy cap too for 2.2

i bought a set tien springs for my 5th gen of ebay i thought 160 pounds delivered was a bargain for new springs!!
