License plate inserts

Has anyone got a pair of the inserts that fit in the rear license plate recesses for the rear license plate lights. It's for a uk 5th gen, I have the lights but not the inserts. Cheers!

I have some from a 4th - are they interchangable?

Looking at the pics in the manual looks wires, plugs and bulbs are same, but the bulb covers, retainers and lenses are totally different design

but cheers all the same fella!
