Wtd urgently - 5th gen 2.2 rear n/s lower ball joint

Keep my Prelude alive! Just failed mot on rear nearside lower ball joint. Apparently it is part of the suspension arm and Honda are after way too much money. Can anyone help?

I am in Exeter, Devon.
Car is a 1998 5th gen 4ws 2.2vti.

Like you say Honda will only supply it with the whole arm but you can get aftermarket ones:
