I need a radiator for a 5th gen h22a8 manual as mine has split on the top plastic part.

I have a ridiculously thick aftermarket metal tanked one which is about 2 inches thick.
Never fitted as suspect it will need a little adjusting to get the OE fans to fit without fouling the front engine mount / manifold heat shield.
Was over 100quid , purchased for a track day in the middle of summer, but ultimately there was no need for an uprated rad (no such thing as summer). It's a generic chinese aftermarket part, appears to be well made, just clearly built from template data without any real world fitting ever done.
to make it fit nice i think you'd need to:
1) adjust the top rad brackets, bring the rad about 5mm-10mm closer to the slam panel
2) cut down the stand off mounts on the rad to mount the fans. Bring the fans a little closer to the rad
3) gonna be tight still , unless you have slimline fans or not a h22 (taking up less space)
Its not going anywhere except collecting dust in the garage.
Think ill start an epic thread soon as i have about 5 massive tubs of bits from my old scrapper VTi that ive not had cause to use lol.
