JDM 5th gen Type-s passenger side front window actuator mec

Hi all, I'm looking for the above mentioned part as per the subject line as the passenger side window has become a bit lazy. Also given the car is JDM does anybody know (I'm sure many will) whether a UK mechanism is still equally compatible or better still the same? Thanks in advance, Batsy.
