Look at ebay for a jvc avx1 or avx2. Really good headunits + a dvd player. I have my avx1 connected up to aux in and my rear view camera.
I did have to modify the top of the stereo surround so it would open though. Not sure if you would need to on yours though.

cheers gord, im looking at some double din units at the moment. halfords have a nice sony for 140.

@gordonlear does the rear view camera come ON when you engage reverse gear? Or is there a separate switch for this?

It comes on when you select reverse.

so i went for a kenwood double din in the end.

looks nice, like the satnav systems that @nitin_s1 and @gordonlear both have.

its actually very powerful.the sound staging is superb, 3 outputs front rca, fear rca and sub rca. 7 position screen adjustment.

as for the maps. this is just the head unit. i need to get a separate unit that connects to this to make it a sat nav.
it has 2 inputs so you can select 1 for a camera.
