I heated it solid for 25 minutes. It was glowing and the rubber was dripping because of the heat. Still wouldnt release =( The only other option.... is to take the whole subframe off, and cut them off while its off the car i suppose. if there are poly bush's available... ill probably just do that!

I tried heat too, sometimes it's just not enough.

I'm pretty sure I have some spare brand new ES polybushes in the garage, let me know if you want to purchase. ;)

Unlucky LewisH.. i've undone 60 suspension bolts that way.. never had a problem. Hope it isn't going to be too much hassle.

My local garage had to cut the bolts and fit new bushes for me. My original bolts were going nowhere.

These spin, but the rubbers spin with them! lol. Ill get the whole rear frame off and just butcher the bolts / rubbers till there off. Not fussed about the 4WS frame, as it wont be going back on the car!!

They are toe arms. They replace the 4WS steering arms.

If you going to mental on the bush try not to harm the shell liner of the control arm. You need this intact if you plan on fitting an OEM bush again ;)
