Ah good work with the measurements. I've not had a chance to get at the car this week, should get some good time on sunday though.
Im thinking of getting the below hose and some high temp sealant for the work. The only thing that worries me is bits falling off inside :?

Bear in mind that hose in the link is 45 degrees bend where Honda-Hardy suggests 60 degrees would be better.
