I've asked a question to moates.com about the demon v2 , as it says USDM ECU only. If its an electrical incompatibility with the JDM ecu I will have to go for s300j v3.
If its just that the demon v2 only physically fits the USDM ecu, but can fit the JDM ecu with some hackery, I'll probably go for it as its a big saving, nearly enough to pay for a wideband lambda.
CPLRacing have the s300/s300j for £429 which was the chepaest i saw, but the demon is $249 +$150 for neptune software.
