Stopper bracket, right I will look in to this.. damn this is so much more involved than just swapping a little water pump.

I have found a manual tensioner kit, used, for £20. Is it better to fit a used manual tensioner or a used auto tensioner?? @Rich, @Vanzep, @Newkid, @Honda-hardy, anyone please?

Used manual I would have thought, it's not likely to fail as much as an auto one

For standard road cars or bolt on mods I usually recommend the standard auto tensioner as it is fit and forget.
They only generally have a problem when they are being asked to do a second timing belt term or the car in question has uprated cams and increased rate valve springs.
I'm not a fan of the KS manual tensioner...it's ok but if you are going manual tensioner I would prefer to use the H23 bits.
If going manual tensioner some of the "kits" being sold out there don't have ALL the bits so be careful
Also manual tensioner conversions will require a tensione check and adjust at 30-36k miles after new belt fitment.

Its your call - bit of a risk buying 2nd hand tensioners - they may be ok but your not going to get anyone to say that this is the way to go.

That looks decent; I must have paid well over £300 for all the parts I've got for my belt change, even with shipping and the inevitable customs this would be much cheaper!
