Might have to think about selling mine soon. Just costing a fortune for work and I'm changing job roles so might need to think about saving on fuel because I'll be working more days.

Well its knocking and have checked the CR, valve clearance and timing. Its all spot on. So it leads me to believe that the bottom end it warn from oil starvation. Dont get me wrong it could be a sticking valve or blah blah blah lol. I have payed for a low mileage h22a and am waiting for delivery. Plan of action is i really cba to do a engine swap and pending the result of mine and @TotalControl talks i will hopefully have a new bb4!

Thanks alot for your help and honesty Ikram. Top guy highly recommend.
It was good meeting you. If i am in watford and you are free i will swing by and show you how the car is coming along. Hopefully will be down at the end of the mounth to pickup the forgotten mots and other paperwork.

Sorry about that, feel like abit of a planck lol.
1 thing i can say is me and my friend ended up at a set of red lights on the way back with a stretch of daul carriageway infront of us, lets just say he wasnt pleased with the out come. Bye bye comes to mind lol.
