My flexi went due to hitting ground. I took it to top gear in st albans and they put a new flexi on without changing front pipe

The down pipe mount has also snapped on mine so I know a flexi will just go again. :(
I'm half tempted to just weld a straight section of pipe in instead!

When you say the downpipe mount has snapped, do you mean where it hangs on the back of the engine?

If that's gone, that will be why the flexi's gone again.

Exactly that Wurly! :| Thats why I'm after another downpipe as it'll keep happening. :(

I brought a ebay one for mine, the only problem I found that one bolt wouldn't line up with the back of the engine block which made the centre exhaust section hang down slight more, scrapped badly on speed bumps but my lude is slightly lower than standard, I ended up cutting my new centre pipe in to three pieces to resolve it

Mine was the same with the hole. I got the dremmel out and reemed it until it fit right. Mine didn't scrape as I'm on standard height.
