5G window trim clips

I'm after some clips for the trim that sits just below the driver/pass. door window on the 5G.

This is the best image I could find of them:

Part 12 on this diagram here from Lings if it helps to make things clearer:

Obviously yes they're available brand new but I'm not paying £2.15 each. Does anyone perhaps have any/willing to remove some from a car they're breaking? 4G ones are different (not sure if they'll still fit though), established with the help of Gayno & h10ndr.

Going to be swapping my trims over with some mint ones I got from @mills, hopefully he can clarify whether they're a total PITA to remove or not. Just want some spares in case I break some removing my old trims.

@bennyboy I remember you got a box of random clips some time ago (I think it was you), can you recall if anything like that was in there?

Thanks Samiya but I already got these beauts ;) only 4 months ago, about time I fitted them  Wish I'd thought to look for this pic earlier when trying to find out what the clips looked like, sorry to Gayno and h10ndr for the runaround  in fact, wish I'd thought to open up the package again to see if there were any clips on the trim I bought. Idiot

Yes they are a pita to remove, I've done it a few times now and always managed to break a few of the clips

Take the wing mirrors off, which means taking the door card off to, because iirc the bottom screw on the mirrors is a bit tricky to remove and refit with the door card on. Then start lifting the trim from the mirror end. I would say be as careful as you can, but you will probably need to use a bit of brute force to get it started. Then you just need to be lucky not to snap any clips.

Good luck dude.

Is it hard to remove those door trims pieces??

My ones are all scratched/faded and you can see the shiny metal underneath :(

its not too bad.. I used flat head wrapped in cloth to not damage the paint

but you will destroy the old trims trying to get them off probably
