Hi

I'm in the process of removing the H23 Manual timing tensioner arrangement that’s currently on my engine and reverting back to the auto tensioner arrangement (although using the Kaizenspeed manual adjuster rather then the honda auto one)..

I have the main pulley assembly (18) in the diagram in this link:

basically I think I need - 20, 24, 35, 38 (Im not going to be running balance shafts so I don’t believe I need 30, 10, 13, 32 etc but feel free to correct me) :)

thanks

I don't have the bits sorry! But wondered why you're swapping from the H23 setup to the Kaizenspeed one?

I might have most if not all these parts - will dig them out over the weekend and let you know.

that would be great, thanks Vanzep :)

To answer the question why am I doing this – there are few things: I prefer the slightly simpler set up the manual/keizenspeed setup gives, I have a keizenspeed manual tensioner to hand, the engine is not currently in the car so seems like a good time to do it - Also read that the H23 setup uses a slightly larger pulley to the stock one and therefore puts greater stress on the belt (I have not yet compared the two side by side yet but if true adds another reason)

.....hahahaha...was hoping to keep some of the cost (particularly 24) towards some slightly more exciting bits :)

It is the quickest way though if you are needing them in a hurry ;)

Excellent, thanks - no worries on the picture I'll take your word for it (to be fair not a great deal that can go wrong with them really) . Let me know how much and where to send payment
