Wtb: 5th Gen Light cover and rear fog switch

So i found a fog light! and now I am hunting for this cover and the switch on the bottom left.
Let me know how much shipped to Toronto, Canada!

The US fog switch will be the same as the UK one. Will Canada not have the same?

HAHA, i was lazy i had that picture from some where else so i just posted it.....
My car has the one with the pocket and the top 3 slots are already taken.
1) Cruise
2) Sunroof
3) Front fog.
And below is the empty pocket.
This is why i want the one that i just posted with out the pocket so i can mount the rear fog switch on the bottom.
Hope this makes sense.
Thanks Merlin...hopefully someone has one with a connector on it

The links to the switches I posted is that switch. Look at the orientation of the picture on the switch
Only the JDM switch sits vertical.
