As titled, I believe it's a 96 4G and has no immobiliser

I thought all 4ths were OBD 1 with no built-in immobiliser?

I think the OBD2 ECU with no immobiliser was the '97 5th gen JDM?? I had to get one for my 6th gen Accord from memory, '98 5th gen JDM ludes onwards all had immobilisers or something like that

And I think all UKDM 5ths had immobilisers... This is all from the dim depths of my memory though so could be wrong.

Ooooh, just had a thought. The a8 is 11:1 compression so the regular ecu wouldn't be much good anyway. Would a type s ecu work maybe???

I think the Type S ECU will be looking for an ATTS feed?

Hmm. It's sounding more and more like a custom ecu...

Actually now I know what I'm doing it would be.
I'd need the key, immobiliser control box, ecu and the connectors from the loom for the ecu along with the inlet manifold. Is that an option?
