Classic Mini - parts wanted

We're finally getting round to resurrecting our old Mini. The shell's just been checked over and seems OK, but there's a list ...
(Isn't there always?).
In particular, we need
- a rear subframe
- inlet manifold and 1.5 in carb (1.75 would work / twin 1.25 would be nice)
- exhaust manifold for 1275 engine
- rest of exhaust system for 1275 engine (1.75 in optimal)
Anyone out there with a friend of a friend?
