Lude Generation

Hi Guys,

This maybe a long short but for a while Ive been after a 95-96 plate 4th Gen 2.3i Auto 4WS with low mileage (40-60k). I love if it was black or silver and with A/C. I know its a long short but there are so far 3 that I have missed that have come on the market and been sold within a couple of days.

There's no hurry for it but will pay good money for a good one.

Yes lol, I did see that one on eBay and Autotrader. Love the condition of it though!

This one says it's a 2.2 but it isn't, it's a 2.3 auto 4ws.

Not the low kind of mileage you're looking for, but they're not a common model these days and this one is cheap.

This one is ALSO a 2.3 Auto (or possible it's an F22B - difficult to tell) late model and dark colour, like you wanted... Mileage is about as low as you're likely to find?

Thanks wurlycorner, I'm really after a 95-96 where you get the full LCD dash and twin airbags, low mileage and not modified whatsoever, I know its a long shot but there must be a few out there in peoples garages. You see often them 'Barn Find' ones, so many 3rd Gen Ive seen lately with unbelievable mileage.

I think that last one that Wurly posted is about as close as you're going to get.

It's a '95 with the EL dials
Has twin airbags
Mileage is 102,000 which is low for this age
Only mods are an air intake and exhaust, which can easily be swapped out.

Still looking - no hurry at the moment but if you come across one. Meanwhile I'm autotrader and classic car sites too.

This one is pre-facelift but just come up on here.

If the arch repair has been done properly (i.e. metal) then it just needs a paint shop to finish it off and you'd do well to find one lower mileage/generally otherwise better condition than this!

I've contacted him and will go have a view. I wanted a facelift model but can make the facelift changes later.
