Could you not just go to B&Q and get some that are approx the same size? Would they be cheaper?

I bought some repair washer off ebay a while back to be use for curing rear shock knock

they are very similar size od and id to the part you are looking for but are quite a bit thinner so you would have to use a couple of them.
here is a pic to show the comparison - the one on the right is the repair washer
comparison of dimensions:
oem od 38mm x id 12mm x 4mm thick
vs
repair washer od 40mm x id 13mm x 1.5mm thick
pic of repair washer on koni front shock dust cover - fits ok
ive got some spares of the repair washers if you need.

well glad we got a couple of the metal washers sorted for you - now it looks like you just need a couple of the white koni plastic washers to finish the job- i will measure up the ones i have here and drop u a pm - at least with the measurements you can get something very similar that will do the job and should only cost pennies.
thanks for the other 4th gen bits and pieces you dropped off - much appreciated
