2.25" 3 stud gasket for decat pipe please, or any recommendations where to buy a pair from - apart from egay

You could make your own? That is what we do for my 4G.
You can use either gasket material such as this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Engine-Gasket ... 259a4c122b This stuff is no good for manifolds & downpipes as it cannot take the heat.
Or go full retard with sheet aluminum / alloy.

I thought about this (thank you for the link, most useful!), how could I cut it? would very sharp scissors be enough?

When Steve did my one I think he used a combination of a circular hole saw, Dremmel cutting disc and Dremmel grinding barrel.

I ended up making my own as well using pretty much the same stuff Merlin posted up and the dremmel, worked a treat.
