Im looking for a drivers side splash guard for the front brake on my 4th Gen BB4.
This is the metal plate that fixes to the hub and sits behind the brake disc.
No mad rush but i can see that the old one is in bad shape - about a third of it has disintigrated - so i want to replace it when i fit my new disks and pads. Looking for ones in good condition but i dont mind a bit of light surface rust as long as they are solid - i will probably clean them up and paint them anyway.
I will take both sides if someone has them.

Im not sure if 4th gen and 5th gen ones are different so maybe a 5th Gen owner could advise :)

Might make a difference based on whether the car has ABS as well, or not? (It definitely does on the rear splash guards, can't remember about the front)

i think the fronts would be the same.. i would have thought if anything it would maybe be some of the 4ws gubbins that might need a bit more clearance on the rear splash guards:?
anyway im looking for non abs fronts :)

The rears on an ABS lude have 2 extra cut outs in them. 1 to allow the sensor to mount to the hub and another to allow access to the ABS sensor securing bolts.

You can fit a rear ABS guard to a non-ABS car, but you can't fit a non ABS guard to an ABS car (unless you take an angle grinder to it first).

 I think I put some photo's up in my UKDM thread of the emergency modification I had to do on a spare I had to fit...
