Im looking for a VSS plug the one thats on the engine loom plus a few inches of wiring
I need this to replace the damaged/worn plug on my 94 Facelift JDM BB4 Vtec
Ive fitted a new VSS but the plug was very difficult to get out and ideally it needs replaced.
I dont know if the connectors differ between preface and facelift but i need one that works with the el dials - maybe someone in the know can clarify. Maybe even 5th gen vtec VSS plugs are the same as 4th gens i dont know
I need the plug off the engine loom that fits into this (vss)
Any help appreciated

What happened with the new VSS?
I've had a hunt around ebay for a harness to fit yours .No luck so far but ill keep looking.
To get you up and running you could safely hook some small wire connectors on there instead. You may need to pinch them small with some plyers.Battery will definitely need to be disconnected.Fortunately the contacts are seperated by a plastic wall so once connected should be pretty safe from vibrations/arching etc..
I'll keep looking for a replacement plug in the mean time.

I have a box of bits of engine looms at the barn (came free with some other bits I bought ages ago). I don't know what's in there but I'll have a dig around and see what I can find.
I won't be back there till Sunday though (hangover dependant...) and no guarantees it'll be there, so if anyone can sort something sooner, all the better.

sorry i should have said the new vss has been fitted and the car is running no problem at the moment so far -mind you i have ive only driven it a couple of miles - however plug on the loom looked a bit knackered and i think its had some heat in it and possibly has a bad connection so it does need replaced asap.
@wurlycorner appreciate you having a look once youve sobered up

and
@Ludecruz let me know if you find anything

cheers for posting that link - i did see it and a few others listed by sellers in the USA nobody in the UK
but according to the listing it shows that i should be able to get one from an accord or civic breaker here in UK
car is running well and speedo reading accurately so problem is fixed for the time being
im now wondering if this bad connection/worn out vss could have been one of the issues which have added to my overfuelling issues in that the car runs richer than most ludes - maybe the ecu was getting a bad signal from the vss as well and just chucking more fuel in than was needed

It's a loom that has already been cut, so no problem butchering further
I'll pull the wires out as far as I can, gives you the most options at your end, will try and do it tomorrow night after work. PM me your address again and I'll get it in the post.
