Rear 4ws tie rod ends are only available from Honda, or if you buy a front track rod end for a vectra somethingorother (that @vtecmec can probably confirm) IIRC.
The pad retaining clips for the rear, you can buy from brakesinternational.co.uk
With the rear brakes, they're a very common MOT failure for poor performance and it's not just the pad retaining clips that are likely to be the problem. The carriers need a good strip down/clean to remove corrosion on the flat surfaces where the pad clips sit. Also check the slider pins, they seize, as do the handbrake pivot clevis pin - these MUST be free in order to get the caliper auto adjuster and handbrake to set up correctly.
All easy enough to repair though and the bits are cheap enough (all from brakes international).
Afterwards, the handbrake must be set up correctly, exactly as per the service manual, otherwise the brake performance will remain bad. I normally find I have to re-adjust the handbrake several times within the first 20-odd miles on new pads. After the initial set, I just do it by rolling resistance of the car though, not bothering to take the wheels off again.
Sorry to if you knew that, but worth just mentioning in case you didn't.

I was equally confused at first...

But on re-reading, I interpreted that as the bit between the inner rod and the track rod? Quite possibly wrong though
This is the image for a 5g rear end. Is it bit number 3 or 8 that you are after on here? (part numbers for item 8 track rod end are the same for 4g and 5g, btw)
