"Slowly" looking for a 4gen H22A lude for a swap.

Hello everyone! I am new to this forum as UK is not my general place of living. I come from Latvia and spend time working in UK for now, but soon it will be time for me to go back home again.
I am an owner of a BB3 EUDM Prelude that has been sitting patiently and waiting for my return. It's a simplest of the simplest F20A engine, manual and a lot of rust. And I have to say, the car has had it's time and is in bad condition right now, mostly because being away didn't give me any chance to look after it. I do however have big plans for it. My plans are to make a proper swap from a UKDM or JDM H22A Prelude. Engine, drive train, brakes, wiring etc. Thus, I am looking for a complete car that would have it all. The car might be crashed (providing it's mechanical parts are not damaged) , or not Street legal or whatever makes it not possible to be restored.
I am looking for a complete car as my plan would be firstly strip my car and fix it's chassis. Then I'd start stripping the donor part by part in order to restore them before attaching to my life. I have seen a lot of H22As here for sale before for around and even BELOW 500£ so that's the avg price I am looking for. The main and most important thing for me is that the engine is on good condition. Don't mind if it's missing some other parts that much. You got the idea.
Also, as title says, I am not in a hurry, most likely the purchase would happen some time in April or may.
I am open to suggestions and advice.
UPDATE: forgot to mention- very important it's a manual car, as finding a gearbox and brains would be very hard in Latvia.
