Really? I read somewhere that it is similar and not much different than mugen.. :?

Mainly because of outlet diameter, which supposed to be larger than stock h22a header found on 4th gen..
Any suggestions with decent price/performance and availability ? Currently I have JDM h22a prelude header

The ATR manifold is double skinned VS the single skin of the Ludes. The inner skin of the ATR is not much bigger than the Prelude's. In reality it is not worth the hassle of fitting it, some knotching of the front subframe may be needed.

Fujitsubo (FGK), Mugen, Hytech, Hytech replica / PLM, any try-Y, or any other JASMA stamped manifold are the ones to be looking out for.
