Is it just the OEM UK lip you are after or do you want an aftermarket lip?

The LDM lip is the one that is the same depth all the way round but the UK one has a middle section indentation?

Other way round.
UKDM is deeper and same depth all across.
JDM is thinner overall and big recess in the middle.
