4g Headlining and interior sunroof panel

as per the title, I'm after a sunroof trim panel and headlining for a post-facelift ('96) 4g prelude in good condition with all clips present and undamaged. Mine are now mangled after wrestling the sunroof open 
Let me know what you've got - ideally not too far from Suffolk as I'd like to pick them up rather than risk getting them damaged in the post but anything considered.
