Hi All
Just wondering if anyone can help me.
My air intake hose has finally died and split. Would anyone have a spare type-s intake rubber intake section. its between the box and intake manifold.

No idea what it would be called.
Also who would have any of the below bits
- Supermarine blue motegi kit
- Front brake disk heat\dust shields ( mine have rusted to crumbly nothing)
Thank you for any replies

I had the same problem..they cannot be bought from honda anymore and second hand ones will mostly be jobby anyways. Best bet is get some aluminium piping and two rubber boots each side.
Heres the link.....honda hardy made something similar

Ah balls, was hoping that wasn't the case
I assume if i make my own i will still need the little pipe that comes off the front?
Also can it just be a full silicone 3" pipe?

Somebody can correct me if i am wrong but i think they are too long (if you mean the standard 5th gen intake), the type-s one looks much shorter to me.

I presume its the top one you have. I think what merlin is saying is to use some of the piping from the bottom one???
Otherwise go with my suggestion. I did it that way and works fine
heres mine..

Merlin is right the top part of the intake is the same ( the hose between the chamber and the throttle body). Even on the parts catalogue it shows as the same just everything after it is different (bigger for the type-S and h22a8). Might be worth checking if you know someone local who has it and trial fit it.

Thanks guys for all your help.
I am going to try source the OEM part first via h-tune or vtec direct. If neither can get hold of them i will make my own like @clarelude23 has said. Fingers crossed for OEM though

@BrokenSpring, have you had any luck? Mine is on its last legs too, there's cracks between the ribs and I'm worried that very soon it will no longer be air tight.
According to the Lings Parts web site, 17228-P5P-J00 (TUBE B, AIR FLOW) was £64.65 but is no longer available. So have you had any luck in sourcing a replacement?
